About Mary Paz
Mary Paz an Indigenous Jñatjo ndixu ~ Jñatjo woman from Central Mexico who in this episode speaks of the reconnection of heart to body and healing to create new realities of safety, self-governance, joy, pleasure, and abundance and moving beyond trauma.
Her community, both her maternal and paternal lineages are Jñatjo, meaning people of the deer. Mary Paz is a teacher, a traveller, a dancer, a writer, a speaker, and started all of that, in linguistics and has since transitioned into the healing space.
